This homeowner in the Pointe Clair, Quebec area had water penetrating the basement walls from ceiling to floor. They had tried to solve the problem with expanding foam but quickly realized that stopping the water in one location only meant it finding another route somewhere else.
The solution is to control the flow of water once it penetrates the foundation wall. We do that by installing the Water Trek System, and for this customer we include the seamless 20mil wall covering. This keeps all moisture contained no matter where on the wall the water enters the house.

Cinder block walls in the basement are very susceptible to water leaks. Due to the constructed nature of cinder block, ground water and spring run-off moisture have multiple opportunities to penetrate the foundation and into the basement of the house or structure.
The most cost effective solution is to control the flow of water from within the structure. The Watertrek system is installed at the base of the foundation walls and captures any moisture penetrating the cinder block wall.
Water is channeled to the Bulldog Water Grabber, where it is extracted from and diverted away from the house.

This house in the Laval area faced the problem each year of having water leak in through one wall at the foundation’s footing.
The water would slowly spread across the floor making the basement unlivable. The solution of course is water management.

In this case the already existing sump pit is expanded to hold the Bulldog Water Grabber and a channel is dugout to accommodate the Watertrek system.
